Package Consultant SAP IS Oil & Gas

As a Package Consultant specialized in SAP IS Oil & Gas, you will be a valuable addition to our team in Bangalore. Your primary focus will be on modules such as TD (Trader's and Scheduler's Dashboard), TPS (Transportation Planning & Scheduling), TPI (Transportation Planning Integration), Bulk Shipment, and Shipment Costing within the Oil and Gas industry. Your expertise in both Oil and Gas logistics and operations will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and support of SAP IS-Oil & Gas modules. Your responsibilities will include leading the implementation and support of SAP IS-Oil & Gas modules associated with TD, TPS, TPI, Bulk Shipment, and Shipment Costing. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders involved in Oil and Gas supply chain processes to gather requirements and deliver effective SAP-based solutions. Configuration and customization of SAP IS-Oil & Gas components for optimal performance will be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of logistics data objects related to Oil and Gas transportation, ensuring seamless integration and real-time data visibility. Additionally, you will support integration with ECC6 logistics, particularly in Purchasing Contracts for both oil and gas commodities. Your role will involve handling operations and master data associated with the transportation of refined oil products and natural gas via various modes such as truck, railcar, barge, and pipeline. Coordination with logistics service providers and internal teams for smooth transportation planning and execution will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Technical Skills Required: - Proven expertise in SAP IS-Oil & Gas modules: TD, TPS, TPI - In-depth knowledge of Bulk Shipment, Shipment Costing, and Gas logistics flows - Hands-on experience with Purchasing Contracts in ECC6 - Familiarity with essential data objects in SAP Oil and Gas Supply, including Vehicle & Transport Unit (e.g., Truck, Railcar, Barge, Pipeline), Freight Rates, Load ID, Logistics Master Data (e.g., Depot, Product, Haulier, Truck Base, Transport Unit, Compartments), and Product to Depot Assignment, Tank and Gas Distribution Management.
