Your role and responsibilities Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of SAP S/4HANA TM (embedded or standalone). Design and configure SAP TM components for: Freight order and freight booking management Transportation planning & optimization Carrier selection and tendering Charge management and freight settlement Integration with EWM, SD, MM, and external logistics partners Analyze business requirements and provide robust SAP TM solutions aligned with industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of TM with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Customize TM master data such as locations, transportation lanes, resources, and planning profiles. Work with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments. Conduct system testing, defect resolution, cutover, and end-user training. Provide go-live support and post-implementation stabilization. Document business processes, configurations, and training materials. Stay updated on the latest SAP innovations in TM and S/4HANA roadmap. Required education Bachelors Degree Preferred education Bachelors Degree Required technical and professional expertise Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP TM with at least 1 full-cycle implementation in S/4HANA embedded TM . Strong knowledge of TM master data, transportation planning, execution, and charge management. Experience with freight order management , carrier integration , and freight costing . Familiarity with Fiori apps related to transportation processes. Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Preferred technical and professional experience Candidate should have excellent communication skills, as these are client facing roles
