Your Role Job description / Mission: - Your main task will be to manage the project and steer the project team in order to deliver project in time, within the budget and according to the Customer Specification. The main responsibilities for the Design/Senior Design Engineer are - Collect and interpret information and translate this information into design specification for project team - Play an active and coordinating role for various project teams / cross functional teams - Manage various projects at a given time while ensuring that project delivery happens on time in full - Completely responsible for project planning. - Close coordination with the Team Leader on all projects related to the division and with Service Delivery Heads for competence. - Provide technical support to the project team To succeed, you will need BE / B Tech / M Tech in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation engineering / Electronics and Telecommunications with 3-5 years of designing experience in project execution in an engineering or product organization. Designing and estimation of power, control and instrumentation systems for Engine/ Motor driven compressors Switchgear & Instruments sizing and selection Panel layout design Wire Harness design Cable selection Through knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering documents Knowledge of Panel design standards primarily IEC, CSA,UL Practical exposure to Starter and Control Panel design and manufacturing Electrical + Instrumentation combined profile would be a plus Other traits: Should be very good at technical knowledge in Electrical / Instrumentation field. A good self initiator with profound knowledge of preparation of engineering drawings and documents. At times, should be able to multitask and be able to get the work done from other team members. Very good proficiency in softwares skills May have to work in shifts. Good communication skills. Should be ready to travel on assignments to various places in world for 2-3 weeks upto 1-2 years deputation ( depending on project requirements.) Software skill requirement: Must be proficient in - EPLAN Electric P8 (Schematics and ProPanel, Cogineer experience would be an advantage) - AutoCAD Electrical, - AutoCAD Mechanical - Autodesk Inventor is a plus - MS Excel Having good knowledge of the - MS office suite, - ERP Softwares

Experience delivering and operating data platforms throughout their lifecycle (Development + Operations) Capable of providing technical leadership regarding implementation (How”) and supporting shared product delivery responsibility Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Good to have: Experience designing and evaluating tools for data lineage, metadata management, and data quality Exposure to DevOps practices in data platform delivery and operations Experience working with business units to develop long-term strategies for data platform architecture Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements to data architecture and processes Familiarity with BI tools and improving data accessibility for data-driven decision making Experience supporting teams and IT/D products in data modelling and analysis
