Role & responsibilities Search, track, and evaluate relevant tenders on various platforms including GeM, state portals, and private e-procurement sites Prepare and compile technical and commercial documents for tender submission Coordinate internally with sales, purchase, and accounts departments for required inputs Upload and submit tenders online as per deadlines and technical specifications Ensure compliance with all tender requirements including EMDs, PBGs, and declarations Maintain a database of submitted tenders, renewal dates, and outcomes Follow up on post-tender queries, clarifications, and negotiations Preferred candidate profile Graduate with 4+ years of experience in tendering or documentation roles Familiarity with GeM portal and online tender platforms is essential Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel) Good communication and organizational skills
