You have a strong understanding of garment construction, print development, and surface ornamentation. You will be responsible for creating and assisting in designing new collections that align with current fashion trends while maintaining the brand's unique aesthetic. Your tasks will include working on garment construction, fabric selection, and silhouette development. Collaboration with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams will be essential to ensure the seamless execution of designs. You will utilize software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and CLO 3D for digital design presentations. Additionally, you will assist in fittings, sample development, and finalizing designs before production. This is a Full-time job opportunity with a performance bonus included.
