Role Description We, Paavai Institutions, actively hiring a full-time, on-site role for Aptitude/Communication Trainers. The trainers will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on aptitude and communication skills. Daily tasks include preparing and updating training materials, conducting sessions, observing and evaluating trainees' progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining records of training activities. Trainers are expected to tailor content to meet diverse learner needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programs.
