We are looking for an experienced Production & Shift Incharge to manage production operations and supervise shifts at our Greater Noida factory. The role requires strong leadership, process management, and compliance with food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise production and shift activities. Ensure production schedules are met on time. Maintain strict hygiene and quality control in line with FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP guidelines. Allocate manpower, manage workers, and ensure discipline on the shop floor. Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams. Keep accurate records of production, wastage, and shift reports. Train staff and implement continuous improvement practices. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in production/shift handling (Food Industry preferred). Strong knowledge of production planning and food safety standards. Good leadership and team management skills. Graduate/Diploma in Food Technology, Mechanical, or related field (preferred). Willing to work in shifts.
