Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction . You will also play a key role in market research, sales strategy development, contract negotiation, and after-sales support , while collaborating with our marketing and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets Conduct market research and build effective sales strategies Manage and strengthen customer relationships Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve win-win outcomes Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and annual targets Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) Qualifications & Skills: MBA / BBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 5–6 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing (Chemical industry preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines Strong time management, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities Knowledge of chemical products/market trends will be an added advantage Why Join Us?
