Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Mumbai. The BIM Architect will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings and construction documents using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. Daily tasks include creating and updating BIM models, facilitating submittals, and coordinating with various project stakeholders to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. Qualifications Experience in Architecture and Architectural Drawings Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology Skills in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings Experience with Submittals and related processes Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in relevant software tools and programs Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Professional experience in architectural projects is a plus
