We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at our project site in Shimla. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion. Monitor quality of work and ensure adherence to engineering specifications and safety standards. Liaise with contractors, architects, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues. Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, efficiently. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and documentation. Inspect work done and identify potential delays or problems. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and safety regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech). 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in site engineering or construction management. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team on-site. Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus. Additional Information: This is a field-based role located in Shimla. Salary is negotiable within the mentioned range based on experience and expertise. Only male candidates will be considered for this position.
