Responsibilities: * Store Management: Keep Shopify stores running smoothly by ensuring all products, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date. * Product & Inventory: Take charge of product listings, from uploading and optimizing new items to tracking inventory levels and coordinating restocks. * Order Operations: Assist with order management, fulfillment tracking, and processing refunds and returns to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Data Analysis: Use your skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to perform data analysis and reporting that drives business decisions. * Collaboration: Work closely with our customer service and operations teams to resolve inquiries and support marketing campaigns. Who We're Looking For We're Searching For a Proactive, Skilled Professional With a Minimum Of 1 Year Work Experience. You Should Also Have * 1 year of hands-on Shopify experience: You know your way around a Shopify admin dashboard, with experience in store management, product uploads, or app integrations. * Data proficiency: You're skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, particularly with pivot tables and VLOOKUP. * Strong communication: You have excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with Meta Ads | Social Media Campaigns | Google Analytics is a PLUS. * Bonus points if you have technical experience with Shopify apps, themes, or SEO optimization! * Language : English | Hindi. Proficient in written English is mandatory.
