You should have 2 to 4 years of experience and be a Semi Qualified (CA/CWA/CFA) or Management Graduate to qualify for this job based in Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include analyzing the financial statements and debt profile of borrowers, studying credit ratios, and examining entries related to sales, purchases, debtors, and creditors. You must also understand the end uses of funds raised by borrowers and perform statutory compliance checks including GST, VAT, Excise, and Service Tax. Additionally, you will be required to conduct ROC checks and public domain research for industry and borrowers, utilizing your experience with MS-Office, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint. Good communication and presentation skills are essential, along with an understanding of SAP, ERP, and accounting applications like Tally. We are looking for candidates with technical skills in MS-Office, advanced Excel, and PPT, as well as strong writing abilities. Behavioral qualities such as quick grasping power, an analytical mindset, and a career-oriented attitude with a willingness to take ownership are also preferred. Experience in a management consultancy firm specializing in internal audit profiles, due diligence, TEV studies, and forensic audits would be advantageous.,
