From mentor journeys to student success stories, your work as a Video Editor Intern will bring real human impact to life across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. If you're someone who believes in the power of storytelling and wants to use video to drive real change, this is for you. What You’ll Do Edit short-form videos that highlight student journeys, mentor stories, and program milestones. Repurpose footage into compelling social media content (Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts). Use AI tools (like Runway, Descript, Pika, ElevenLabs, etc.) to streamline editing, subtitles, and more. Collaborate with the content and program teams to align storytelling with our mission. Add subtitles, motion elements, and voiceovers to make content engaging and accessible. Help build a video content library that documents and celebrates impact. 💡 You’re a Great Fit If You: Love storytelling and want to use your editing skills to create social change. Have experience with basic editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.). Are curious about using AI in creative workflows (or already use tools like Descript or Runway).
