You will be responsible for confirming information on various types of applications and supporting Spanish verifiers by conducting research and providing language assistance for verification tasks. - Contact business or service establishments to gather information about an individual or group's standing. - Identify and categorize information, recognize differences and similarities, and detect changes in circumstances or events. - Process, analyze, and document obtained information, and prepare reports of findings. - Strong moral principle of integrity with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, including word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures. - Excellent skills in active listening, writing, reading comprehension, judgment, decision-making, and written and oral expression and comprehension. - At least one year of work experience in a call center or related industry. - Strong reading and writing skills in Spanish (fluency in speaking not required). - Proficiency in reading and writing Spanish. - Strong research and analytical skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both oral and written. - Basic communication skills in Spanish. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. - English and Spanish language skills at B1 level.,
