Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Handle marketing leads through calls, WhatsApp, and video calls. Understand customer requirements (pooja room size, design, budget) and suggest suitable paintings. Present and explain product features, frames, and customization options clearly. Follow up with leads regularly until closure of sales. Maintain lead records and daily updates in Google Sheets/CRM. Upsell/cross-sell premium frames and larger paintings to increase sales value. Ensure showroom presentation and customer-ready environment at all times.
