You will be responsible for performing all competencies for the core clinical position and collaborating closely with other nurses on a daily basis. In your role, you will assess staffing levels during your assigned shift to ensure appropriate staff-to-patient ratio within approved limits and based on patient care needs. Monitoring and controlling overtime, posting daily staffing numbers, and ensuring the accuracy of the facility census for your shift will also be part of your duties. Your responsibilities will include establishing duty assignments for staff nurses, monitoring care delivery across all units, and conducting patient rounds to facilitate information flow. Effective communication and collaboration with Pharmacists, Front office staff, and Physicians to ensure efficient facility operations during your shift are essential. Additionally, you will assist with admission and intake procedures, provide clinical guidance in assessing changes in patient conditions, and support timely patient transfers to acute care hospitals. Maintaining infection control compliance, including protective isolation measures and aseptic conditions, will be a key aspect of your role. You will need to ensure patient and staff safety by intervening as required. Upholding confidentiality, protecting patient rights, and following established safety guidelines and protocols at all times are crucial components of your job. During emergencies, you will take the lead, document and analyze the situations, and report any unsafe conditions promptly. Compliance with all CCA policies and procedures is expected from you. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts, offering health insurance, Provident Fund, and a yearly bonus. Preferred qualifications include a Diploma in Nursing, with at least 1 year of experience in nursing and a total of 1 year of work experience. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred, along with a Nursing License or Certification. The work location is in-person.,
