Provide expert advice on destinations, transportation options, accommodation, visas, and travel insurance. Recommend travel packages, tours, or custom itineraries. Booking and Reservations Book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tour packages. Reserve tickets for events, activities, or experiences at the destination. Ensure all bookings align with the clients schedule and preferences. Documentation Assistance Assist with visa applications, passport renewals, and travel insurance. Inform clients of travel regulations, vaccination requirements, and entry rules. Ensure clients have all necessary documentation before departure. Budgeting and Cost Management Provide detailed cost breakdowns and manage travel budgets. Find and offer cost-effective travel deals, discounts, and special promotions. Help avoid hidden charges and unexpected fees. Preferred candidate profile Communication Skills : Clear verbal and written communication; multilingual is a plus. Customer Service : Friendly, helpful, and patient with clients. Sales & Negotiation : Ability to sell packages and upsell services. Tech-Savvy : Proficient with GDS systems, Microsoft Office, and travel platforms. Attention to Detail : Accurate with bookings, dates, and documentation. Problem-Solving : Quick thinking during travel disruptions or changes. Organizational Skills : Able to handle multiple itineraries and clients simultaneously.
