Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Overseas Students Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with students, parents, and universities to provide expert guidance and support in navigating the overseas education process. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of global education systems, excellent counseling skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and universities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling:

- Provide personalized counseling to students and parents on overseas education options, including university selection, course selection, and application processes.

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, group seminars, and workshops to educate students about study abroad opportunities.

- Assess student profiles, interests, and goals to recommend suitable education pathways.

2. University Relations:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and institutions.

- Stay up-to-date on university programs, admission requirements, and application deadlines.

- Collaborate with universities to promote their programs and services to students.

3. Application Support:

- Guide students through the application process, including document collection, essay writing, and application submission.

- Ensure timely submission of applications and follow-up with universities.

4. Visa and Immigration Support:

- Provide guidance on visa requirements, application processes, and timelines.

- Assist students with visa preparation and submission.

Requirements:

1. Overseas Students Counselor

2. 1 plus year of experience in education counseling, student advising, or a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of global education systems, universities, and programs.

4. Excellent counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills.

5. Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and universities.

6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience working with international students or universities.

2. Knowledge of visa requirements, scholarships, and financial aid options.

3. Certification in education counseling or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
