Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Overseas Destination Manager based in Coimbatore. The role involves coordinating and managing guided tours for students and families to overseas education destinations. Key responsibilities include providing customer service support, liaising with international universities, building and maintaining client relationships, delivering presentations about study abroad opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to promote overseas education programs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students and families
• Proficiency in Guided Tours and the ability to provide detailed and engaging information about educational destinations
• Sales and Negotiation skills to assist in promoting services and securing client partnerships
• Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work well in a team
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or marketing is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the travel, education, or customer service industry is advantageous
