Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to support production facilities, warehouses, and sales centers. The ideal candidate will challenge the status quo, work both independently and as a team player, and possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customer-centric focus on Service Availability. Responsibilities include providing primary support for the WAN/LAN/WLAN environment, managing Cisco networking, telephony products, and SIP-trunking architectures. You will need 5-10 years of experience in large-scale networking environments and managing Cisco hardware components. A Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent is preferred. Proficiency in Fortinet SDWAN technologies, Cisco wireless networks, and on-prem Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers is necessary. You will collaborate with network support vendors and partners, maintain network and device diagrams, monitor performance, and implement changes following company policies. Troubleshooting skills using tools like Wireshark and managing IP schemes, DHCP scopes, and DNS records are essential. Experience with DDI management platforms and firmware upgrades on Cisco network infrastructure is required. Beneficial skills include CCNA, CCIE certifications, Solarwinds, knowledge of Meraki and F5 Load Balancers, and experience with Cisco Cloud telephony. We have adopted a Cisco networking standard for all switch, router, and firewall hardware and as such we need someone with hands-on practical Cisco networking experience.Our wide area network (WAN) consists of 106 sites across the United States, Canada, Mexico and India and is a Fortinet SDWAN design. Additionally, the company has recently migrated the Cisco phone system from an on-premise configuration to the Cisco Cloud, utilizing Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center. As such, this position will work closely with a 3rd party managed services organization in support of these platforms as well. Experience with an enterprise DDI management platform, such as Efficient IP used by Overhead Door, is highly preferred. Senior Fixed Asset Accountant karnataka 5 - 9 years INR Not disclosed On-site Full Time

You will be responsible for managing fixed assets by overseeing the timely processing, routing, tracking, and reporting. In addition, you will provide support for other general accounting processes. Your main duties and responsibilities will include reviewing fixed asset authorizations to ensure requests are appropriate as capital, setting up assets in Oracle for tracking spending, identifying assets ready to be placed in service, and creating system records for new assets. You will also be recording asset disposals and sales, transfers, and capitalizations. Furthermore, you will prepare and record fixed asset related entries in non-Oracle general ledgers, provide physical tags to locations, assign numbers for newly capitalized assets, run depreciation expense using Oracle system tools, and reconcile fixed asset subledger to the general ledger. Moreover, you will be responsible for reporting construction-in-process detail and capital expenditures to each business unit, preparing a roll-forward of fixed asset balances, and preparing gain and loss reports for assets sold and disposed. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-9 years of relevant experience, preferably in North Bangalore. You should be familiar with US GAAP, possess knowledge of commonly used accounting and fixed asset concepts, practices, and procedures, and be proficient in Oracle Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger modules. Additionally, you must be detail-oriented, skilled in working with large spreadsheets and reconciling data from various sources, and able to interact effectively with internal customers. Meeting deadlines, especially during month-end close, and having strong computer skills including Excel and Outlook are essential for this role.
