From a technical standpoint, you are expected to possess expertise in technologies such as Mobility Middleware, Mendix Technology, PAAS, Outsystems, and have the ability to develop value-creating strategies that drive innovation, growth, and profitability for clients. It is essential to stay updated on the latest industry trends, exhibit logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaborate effectively. Understanding financial processes, project pricing models, and being able to identify process improvement areas and propose technological solutions are also crucial aspects of this role. Moreover, having industry domain knowledge, client interfacing skills, project management proficiency, and team management capabilities will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.
