Position: Agripreneur Trainee We are looking for Freshers with Degree in B.Sc(Hons) Agriculture with the below mentioned requirements 1. Passionate graduates with a clear vision to start their own agribusiness or startup in the agriculture domain. 2. Willingness to gain hands-on experience in real-time farming, agri-inputs, processing, and marketing. 3. Ability to work closely with farmer groups, FPOs, and agribusiness mentors across different rural locations. 4. Drive to learn business fundamentals like cost analysis, pricing, branding, and customer handling. 5. Exposure to different verticals such as organic farming, seedling production, dairy, food processing, and supply chains. 6. Capable of designing and piloting mini agribusiness projects during the training period. 7. Committed to problem-solving in agriculture with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and profitability. 8. Open to continuous learning through field trials, case studies, and mentorship sessions. 9. Excellent communication and documentation skills to record field activities, learnings, and growth. 10. Strong desire to become a successful agripreneur, not just seek a job — but create jobs for others.
