The Role

We're looking for a resourceful and self-driven Outreach and Growth Associate to take our outreach game to the next level. You’ll be the engine behind our first customer connections, getting our product in front of decision-makers and opening doors to conversations that matter. This is an opportunity to join an early-stage company and make your mark in a space where deep tech meets global impact.

What You'll Do

  • Launch and manage outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
  • Follow ready-made outreach workflows, while optimizing them through experimentation and feedback
  • Connect with potential leads, start conversations, and book meetings for the core team
  • Track engagement and refine outreach strategies
  • Collaborate with the founders to test new go-to-market angles and messaging tactics

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who thrives on execution — you love ticking things off a list, running experiments, and getting results
  • Experience with outbound outreach (via email, LinkedIn, etc.) or strong motivation to learn fast
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of tools like LinkedIn and email automation platforms (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple conversations and tasks
  • Proactive, independent, and not afraid to take initiative

Bonus if you’ve worked in early-stage startups, SaaS, or B2B environments — but not required.

Pay: From ₹250.00 per hour
