Position : Founding Engineer (Full Stack & AI) Location : BHIVE Premium Koramangala, Bangalore Role : Full time, On-site. Job Description Were looking for a Founding Full-stack Engineer with strong expertise in Backend and AI to join our lean team at OutFlo . We are an early stage SaaS startup building an AI-native sales outreach platform for business teams in the US. About Us: OutFlo.io helps GTM teams scale LinkedIn outreach across multiple accounts on autopilot - so they can book more qualified meetings, consistently. Weve seen strong early adoption from paying customers in US, UK, Germany and India - these include SaaS startups, lead gen agencies, recruitment firms - and we have a long global waitlist. OutFlo is founded by Tushar Singla, an IIT Kharagur alum who led $0-1Mn founding sales at a Sequoia funded AI startup, previously built products at Cisco, did high-impact AI research at NUS Singapore, and won national startup competitions during college. Youll be part of a small team where you will lead the early development of our platform and will be expected to have complete ownership of the product delivery. You will work closely with the founder and customers to shape product direction This will NOT be a cushy role. Key Responsibilities : Lead the overall design architecture, development, testing, and deployment of scalable solutions across both frontend and backend Drive the implementation of best practices for software development, including code reviews, A/B testing etc. Build AI-native product experiences using LLMs, Agents, RAG, vector DBs, and latest AI models. Collaborate with business team to understand product requirements and deliver high-quality solutions Move fast, experiment, and solve complex technical problems that directly address customer requirements. Youll be expected to ship code yourself while managing a 2-3 person engg team and play a key role in building a strong tech team going forward. Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and a growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Hands-on experience in developing & deploying applications using Typescript, Node JS, Postgres, Express, React, Selenium, Redis, RabbitMq, AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3), and 3rd party APIs. Strong understanding of backend architecture - microservices, scheduling, load balancing, proxies, monitoring, advanced DB queries, network requests and scaling. Exp. in designing scalable systems; reverse-engineering is a plus. Experience building AI-native products using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and a strong adopter of tools like Cursor, Lovable etc. to drive efficiency while maintaining quality.
