Job Description

JOB RESPONSBILITIES

1. Brand Promotion: Represent at events, festivals, functions, caterings, schools, colleges, companies, public locations to promote sweets and savouries, engaging with potential customers.

2. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing initiatives, including marketing product brochures.

3. Market Research: Conduct competitor and market research to identify local trends, consumer preferences and potential new locations for promotional activities and campaigns.

4. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing information about products and services and gathering feedback to improve marketing strategies.

5. Sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to revenue growth.

Desired profile of the candidate

Prior experience as a Sales and Marketing Associate.

Excellent Communication, Presentation Skills to effectively interact with customers and represent the brand positively.

Ability to provide superior customer service and build rapport with the public. Goal-oriented attitude and ability to understand sales targets and contribute to their achievement.

Qualification : Degree

Desired work experience 2 years and above

Compensation Offered Based on experience
