Job Type: Full-Time | On-site | 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday) Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sunday Fixed Off Salary: Hike on current in-hand salary + Attractive Incentives (credited directly to bank account) Minimum Qualifications: 12th Pass (with result in hand), Graduate, or Undergraduate Age: 18 to 34 years Must have a minimum of 2 years sales experience Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written) Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to students using provided leads. Brief prospects about Frankfinn courses and encourage them to attend free career counselling sessions . Explain course details, fee structures, placement support, and career outcomes. Use a consultative sales approach to understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs. Convert leads into confirmed admissions through persuasive communication. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and admissions. Who Should Apply?
