Outbound Telesales | Delhi

Make sales calls: Call businesses in Delhi to introduce and sell our SaaS product.

Understand business needs: Ask questions and listen to potential clients to understand their requirements.

Explain solutions: Clearly describe the features and benefits of our SaaS offering.

Meet sales goals: Consistently work to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Keep records: Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.

Provide customer service: Address queries, resolve concerns, and assist clients throughout the sales process.

Stay informed: Remain up-to-date with company policies, product updates, and industry trends.

What you will need

• Experience: Minimum 3 years, maximum 5 years, in sales or telecalling roles with a proven performance record.
• Deep passion for sales: Highly motivated to achieve targets and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Strong communication skills: Excellent spoken and persuasive ability in Hindi and English.
• Sales ability: Skilled at persuading decision makers, handling objections, and closing sales on the phone.
• Customer-focused attitude: Dedicated to providing excellent service and building strong business relationships.
• Ability to work with goals: Goal-oriented and efficient in managing activity to meet targets.
• Good organization: Effective at managing time, call flow, and detailed records.
• Educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Graduation.
