Role & responsibilities Price Benchmarking & Analysis Analyze categories, SKUs, and competitor pricing to recommend optimal pricing that balances conversion and margin . Maintain a database of key value items (KVIs) and ensure price competitiveness in critical categories. Automation & Dynamic Pricing Tools Develop scripts and pipelines (Python/SQL) to automate competitor price tracking across countries and companies. Build dashboards and alerts for daily monitoring of price gaps, promotions, and margin risks. Category & Sales Insights Identify which categories to double down on and which to deprioritize based on sales performance, margins, and price sensitivity. Conduct pricing experiments (A/B tests) and measure impact on conversion, average order value (AOV), and profitability. Ad-Hoc Analysis Provide quick-turn insights for campaigns, events, and leadership questions. Support decision-making on promotions, discounts, and seasonal pricing strategies. Preferred candidate profile 1-3 years of experience in pricing, category analytics, or e-commerce analytics . Strong command of SQL, Python (Pandas, Requests/Playwright), and Excel/Sheets . Proven experience in pricing intelligence, competitor benchmarking, or assortment analytics . Ability to work with messy catalog data and normalize across markets. Excellent communication able to present insights in a clear, actionable way. Nice to Have: GA4/BigQuery for analytics. Familiarity with Power BI/Looker dashboards. Understanding of GCC/India e-commerce pricing landscape.
