The Tele Caller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products and services to potential customers, generating and following up on leads, maintaining detailed call logs, and achieving targets. The role also involves resolving customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in outbound and inbound calling Ability to explain products and services clearly and effectively Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Proficiency in maintaining detailed call logs and generating leads Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus Previous experience in telemarketing or a related field is beneficial
