Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for mid-level and operational roles Support onboarding, induction, and orientation programs Oversee HR operations, including payroll inputs, attendance, and statutory compliance Collaborate with line managers to address employee relations issues and performance matters Support implementation of learning and development initiatives Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements Contribute to employee engagement programs and company culture-building efforts Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the FMCG sector Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
