The Sales & Marketing Intern will independently handle end-to-end social media management, outreach, and operational coordination for the brand. This includes managing Instagram and LinkedIn content, creating and scheduling posts and stories, monitoring engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The intern will also handle Instagram/LinkedIn outreach for collaborations, influencer tie-ups, client networking, and partnership opportunities while managing inquiries and maintaining organised outreach lists. In addition, the role involves creating and updating content calendars, trackers, and schedules, coordinating calls and meetings, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting daily operational requirements for marketing and sales campaigns. The intern will also take charge of conducting market and competitor research, gathering customer insights, and contributing ideas for new marketing initiatives and brand growth. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service. Deep and skilled understanding of social media and digital marketing. Understanding of Marketing Strategy and Sales principles. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and research. Tech-friendly and quick learner — comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Sheets, Docs, Calendars, CRM tools, and social media dashboards. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Passion for branding, marketing, and consumer experience, with an interest in the fragrance industry
