Role Overview: As a Software Developer at Wipro, your role involves designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at client end. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the software meets 100% quality assurance parameters. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the requirements and design of the product/software - Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes - Investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle - Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues and problem statements - Identify ideas to enhance system performance and availability impact - Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible designs - Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts for detailed investigation into software requirements - Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development - Evaluate operational feasibility, requirements, and proposed software - Develop and automate processes for software validation through test cases/scenarios/usage cases - Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces - Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status - Ensure error-free code and conduct thorough testing - Compile comprehensive documentation and reports as requested - Coordinate with the team on daily project status and progress - Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, and quality risks to stakeholders - Report project status and execution to customers regularly - Capture client requirements and feedback for quality improvement - Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on best practices and programming languages - Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications - Document solutions through flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and clear code - Maintain good quality of interaction with customers through emails, calls, and business etiquette - Ensure timely response to customer requests and no instances of complaints Qualification Required: - Mandatory Skills: Oracle Fusion Finance TechnoFunctional - Experience: 5-8 Years Additional Company Details: At Wipro, we are building a modern digital transformation partner with ambitious goals.
