OTM - Analyst - II

Role Overview: As a member of the Tetra Pak Global Information Management team, your role will involve supporting live sites and participating in projects and continuous improvement activities related to designing and implementing OTM solutions globally. You will collaborate with external IT partners to ensure seamless integration between multiple systems. Your responsibilities will include completing and managing work packages, addressing requirements using templates and frameworks, and working on transport project solution work packages or change requests with DevOps teams. Key Responsibilities: - Support live sites and be involved in project/continuous improvement activities for designing and implementing OTM solutions globally - Align with external IT partners to ensure seamless integration between multiple systems - Complete and manage work packages in accordance with work plans, quality standards, and timeframes - Structure and address requirements using templates, frameworks, and generic product functionality - Work on transport project solution work packages or change requests with DevOps teams Qualifications Required: - A university degree or a diploma from a specialized school - Previous experience within the OF Packaging Material Delivery (OFPM) area is preferred - Basic understanding of systems involved in Global Visibility like ILMCT, OTM, Geodis, SAP ECC, Fourkites, Direct carrier Integration, TMC - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to lead and drive the delivery of IT solutions to capture business requirements from various stakeholders,
