OT Technician for IVF

As an OT Technician for IVF at our company in Agra, your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing indirect patient care in emergency care situations. - Preparing the Operation Theatre before all operative procedures. - Ensuring all necessary supplies are available and surgical instruments are sterile before the procedure. - Supporting as a Surgical/Anaesthesia assistant during Operative Procedures. - Ensuring appropriate surgical position, scrubbing, painting, and draping as required. - Shifting patients to the recovery ward. - Working efficiently with an autoclave. - Collecting, carefully labeling, and transporting tissue/blood samples to the lab for testing. - Ensuring accurate and relevant patient medical history is available before the procedure. Your role will also involve: - Counseling patients and their families, explaining planned procedures. - Addressing patient and staff issues using multidisciplinary team strategies. - Ensuring timely execution of procedures and informing senior and support staff about all procedures. - Monitoring patients in the intra-operative period/recovery ward and contacting senior staff in case of emergencies. - Ensuring all procedures are compliant with SOPs and hospital policies on Universal Protection, Biomedical Hazard, and Infection Control. - Providing a clean and safe environment and respecting patients" privacy and confidentiality at all times. - Adhering to hospital standards to ensure quality healthcare outcomes. Qualifications required for this position: - OT Tech Diploma/Graduation - 1 to 5 years of experience in IVF Additionally, the job is full-time, and the salary is negotiable.
