OT Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the OT schedule, coordinating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other relevant staff.
• Ensure adequate staffing and resources for each surgical procedure.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding schedule changes and updates.
• Oversee the procurement and management of OT supplies, equipment, and medications.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for OT equipment.
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures.
• Manage hazardous waste and ensure proper disposal.
• Monitor and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Supervise and support OT staff, ensuring they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Address staff concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Act as a liaison between surgical teams, administration, and other departments.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding surgical procedures.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to improve patient care and outcomes.

Qualification: Graduate and knowledge of MS Office.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in same field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
