We are seeking a qualified and experienced Operation Theater (OT) and Anaesthesia Technician to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in OT & Anaesthesia Technology and a strong background in assisting surgical procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining OT equipment, ensuring surgical instruments are ready, and assisting medical professionals before, during, and after surgeries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Anaesthesia & Operation Theater Technology.
• Proven experience working as an OT & Anaesthesia Technician.
• Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in a hospital or surgical setting
• Thorough understanding of surgical procedures and OT protocols.
• Familiarity with anaesthesia techniques and patient monitoring systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating theater and assist with pre-operative procedures.
• Ensure all anaesthesia and OT equipment is functional and ready for use.
• Support the anaesthesiologist and surgical team during procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals during operations and report abnormalities.
• Assist with patient positioning and post-operative care.
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols.
• Document and maintain accurate records of procedures and equipment use.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and hospital policies.
