Unlike traditional courses, Ostello offers personalized, quest-based lessons powered by AI, with regular check-ins from real educators. Our mission is to make quality education accessible, structured, and engaging — combining live teaching with AI tools to build confidence and fluency. ⸻ Role Overview As an Inside Sales Executive (Admission Counselor), your role is to convert student inquiries into enrollments by building trust, explaining course benefits, and guiding them through the enrollment process. You will directly contribute to student success and the growth of Ostello by driving admissions for our spoken English and other skill-building programs. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads from ads and campaigns (WhatsApp, calls, CRM) Understand learner needs and explain course offerings (live + AI-based) Drive course enrollments by pitching benefits and resolving doubts Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, messages, or emails Achieve weekly/monthly revenue and conversion targets Collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless onboarding ⸻ Qualifications Strong spoken Hindi & English communication skills Prior experience in EdTech, tele-sales, or customer support preferred High ownership, empathy, and persistence in follow-ups Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM tools, and sales scripts Graduation in any field (preferred but not mandatory) ⸻ What We Offer Fixed salary: ₹25,000/month+Incentive Incentives up to ₹10,000/month based on performance Training + growth opportunities in EdTech sales Work with a fast-scaling AI + educator-led startup Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,673.89 - ₹32,906.68 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Application Question(s): This role includes sales targets, conversion KPIs, and community management.
