The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring quality control of sourced materials. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and collaborating with the production team to meet quality standards. Qualifications Experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement processes Knowledge of quality control and assurance practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the home decor or glassware industry is a plus
