Role & Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of a premium interiors & furniture showroom. Handle walk-ins, guide clients on furniture, flooring, drapes & design solutions. Coordinate with designers, installation teams & vendors for smooth project execution. Ensure exceptional customer experience and represent the brand professionally. Preferred Candidate Profile: 5-10 years experience in furniture, interiors, luxury retail or home dcor stores. Strong team handling, store management & sales closing skills. Comfortable with premium clients, architects & designers. Good communication, grooming and customer experience mindset. Prior experience in Pepper fry, Home Centre, Urban Ladder, FabIndia, Good Earth, lifestyle or interior showrooms is a strong plus.
