Job Description

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions and injuries, utilizing a range of medical and surgical procedures

Perform orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopies, ensuring the highest standard of patient care

Develop and recommend treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Conduct patient consultations, assessing symptoms to determine appropriate diagnostic tests and interventions

Provide post-operative care and rehabilitation guidance to patients, ensuring optimal recovery and mobility outcomes

Stay updated with advancements in orthopedic medicine and techniques through continuous professional development

Educate patients and their families on preventive care and the management of orthopedic conditions

Required Qualifications

Medical degree from an accredited medical school with a specialization in orthopedics

Valid medical license to practice as an orthopedician

Completion of a residency in orthopedic surgery, with board certification or eligibility

Proven experience in orthopedic diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical procedures

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and medical staff

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical advancements

Qualification -
