The Role

Orthodontic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality orthodontic treatment designs remotely, adhering to company policies and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with the Orthodontic Design Lead to refine and improve processes across the team and company.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of treatment planning protocols.
• Provide insights and support for broader clinical strategy initiatives.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new design team members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Orthodontic Designer.
• Proven track record of creating high-quality orthodontic treatment plans.
• Experience with Onyx Aligner software is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work remotely within the GMT time zone.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence.
