Design and conduct safe customized exercise programs for adults aged 40-80 years, focusing on strength, balance and mobility Monitor clients form, posture and technique to prevent injuries and ensure sage execution of exercises. Coordinate with physiotherapists and medical professionals to align workouts with client's health conditions and recovery goals. Track and document clients progress, regularly adjusting routines based on performance and feedback Educate clients on the importance of functional fitness, recovery and healthy aging. Maintain a motivating, supportive, and disciplined environment during sessions. Ensure equipment hygiene, maintenance and readiness before and after each session.
