The ideal candidate will have deep experience in wealth management, private banking, or AMC sales, with strong client relationships and a proven track record of raising capital. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting fund offering documents (TD, PPM, IMA, CA). Track regulatory changes (SEBI AIF, RBI/FEMA) and update fund documentation accordingly. Liaise with regulators and legal consultants for compliance, reporting, and filings (Companies Act, LLP Act, Trust Act). Support compliance for investor communications. Draft, vet, and negotiate investment-related agreements (TS, SSHA, SSA, SPA). Support legal and compliance due diligence for portfolio companies. Collaborate with stakeholders on structuring and documentation of transactions. Draft and vet agreements with distributors, referral agents, and service providers.
