About the Role Orion Edutech — one of India’s largest skill development and employability companies — is expanding into higher education through Orionversity , a platform partnering with leading universities to launch Work-Integrated and Apprenticeship-Embedded Degree Programs aligned with NEP 2020 and UGC-AEDP guidelines. We are looking for a senior professional who can act as a co-founder for this vertical , reporting directly to the management and leading its growth across India. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about bridging academia, employability, and industry partnerships . Key Responsibilities Lead and scale Orionversity’s higher education partnerships pan-India. Build and manage long-term collaborations with universities and academic institutions . Engage directly with Vice-Chancellors, senior leadership, and regulatory bodies to co-design innovative degree programs. Conceptualize and implement BBA/B.Sc/B.Voc and other work-integrated programs based on industry and university feedback. Drive student mobilization and outreach through Orion’s nationwide network. Represent Orionversity at education forums, university meetings, and industry events . Requirements 10–20 years of experience in higher education, edtech and university partnerships Proven ability to work with university leadership (VCs, Pro-VCs, Registrars) Strong communication, networking, and strategic partnership-building skills. Entrepreneurial and self-driven mindset — ready to own and scale a division . Willingness for frequent travel across India .
