This role demands deep market knowledge, distributor engagement, and buyer acquisition. Key Responsibilities: o Manage and grow sales across Allahabad, Banaras, Kanpur, and Agra o Appoint super stockists (if already not present in the areas) o Work directly with local distributors to ensure smooth operations and target achievement o Maintain and expand relationships with existing buyers o Report regularly to the Sales Manager and Coordinator at head office o Identify and onboard new clients in the pen trade o Share market insights and competitor updates with the central team Qualifications o Minimum 6 years of experience in pen selling trade (stationery background preferred) o Strong distributor network and buyer engagement skills o Based in or willing to relocate to one of the target cities o Reliable, proactive, and committed to long-term growth o Comfortable with reporting and coordination across teams
