Your main duties will involve engaging with customers to understand their requirements after a lead is generated. You will need to gather all necessary information from the customer, including basic design details which can be obtained either directly from the customer or in collaboration with the design team at the office. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email is essential for this role. Additionally, you will be expected to handle basic stock maintenance and administrative tasks at the office. Drafting emails for quotations and communicating requirements to customers will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Strong negotiation and communication skills are required to effectively interact with customers. It is essential that you are able to comprehend basic sketches and drawing PDF files. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must, as you will be required to communicate in both languages. The ability to draft emails in English is also a prerequisite for this position.
