The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in designing and maintaining templates using Quadient Inspire Designer , as well as managing end-to-end workflows with Inspire Production Server and Inspire Scaler . This role requires strong technical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain templates using Inspire Designer . Manage and configure workflows in Inspire Production Server for efficient document processing. Handle multi-threaded processing using Inspire Scaler to ensure high-volume and high-performance output. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and implement document design solutions. Conduct troubleshooting and performance tuning of Inspire-based processes. Ensure compliance with document design standards and data security policies. Provide support during implementation, go-live, and production stabilization phases. Required Skills: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Suite : Inspire Designer Inspire Production Server Inspire Scaler Strong understanding of document composition and workflow management. Hands-on expertise with AI/GenAI stacks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Databricks). Understanding of AI governance and compliance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, Microsoft RAI Maturity Model).
