As an ERP Implementation Assistant at our chemical manufacturing company located in Dombivli MIDC, Phase 2, you will play a crucial role in managing software systems effectively. We are looking for individuals who possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, BCA, or a related field along with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Software management. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with the team, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills. You will be expected to have a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving, along with the ability to analyze resource utilization and develop strategies to optimize performance. It will be your responsibility to establish, measure, and define IT goals while maintaining an IT roadmap. You will also be required to direct the activities of the help desk to ensure that the IT needs of users are met efficiently. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in any ERP package such as SAP, ORACLE NET SUITE, ORION ERP, ONERP, MICROSOFT NAVISION, ORACLE FUSION ERP, and possess knowledge of ERP functional modules like AP, AR, BANK RECO, MM, PP, CRM, SUPPLY CHAIN, QC MODULE, EXPORT DOCUMENTATION, EXIME MODULE. Additionally, programming knowledge in SQL, MY SQL, PYTHON, JAVA, .NET will be advantageous. You should also be prepared to handle back-office tasks effectively. Please note that this position requires working 6 days a week due to the nature of our manufacturing operations.
