The ASM will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets with the sales team in the assigned territory for various financial products as Equipment Leasing & Loans, Business Loans, and Working Capital Financing.

Location: Pune (with occasional travel across Maharashtra ) Office Hours ; 9.30 am reporting at office ( Thursday & Sunday holiday) About the Role: He will have to manage sales & lubricant and coolant servicing at our client locations. This role involves routine monitoring, top-ups, basic testing, and client coordination related to lubrication oils, cutting fluids, hydraulic oils, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Visit customer sites for routine servicing of lubricants and coolants - Perform top-ups, coolant concentration checks, and record basic parameters - Coordinate with clients' maintenance teams to ensure smooth lubrication operations - Use of basic tools/instruments like refractometer, TDS meter, and pH strips etc knowledge is a must - Maintain daily service reports, giving a update once the job is completed from site and share consolidated updates with the branch head at end of day - Raise alerts for unusual usage, contamination, or system abnormalities & correct information to be conveyed. Eligibility: - Diploma or Graduate (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar preferred) - 2 years or more of experience in lubricant/coolant handling, machine maintenance, or field service - Basic understanding of instruments like refractometer, viscometer, or TDS meter is a plus. - Will have to go to units & industry as and when the clients schedules the visit - Willingness to travel occasionally across maharashtra - Good communication and reporting skills - Responsible and punctual
