As an Analyst at FC Global Services India LLP (First Citizens India), you will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory precision and customer-centric excellence within the banking function. Your role will involve utilizing your analytical skills and operational diligence to maintain stability, compliance, and seamless performance in a highly regulated, fast-paced financial environment. Working in a dynamic team based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for post-transactional integrity, focusing on seamless reconciliation, timely settlements, and compliance with network and regulatory mandates. Your work will contribute to safeguarding institutional liquidity and client trust, playing a vital role in the banks core infrastructure. Key responsibilities include processing high volumes of financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail, prioritizing work to meet service level agreements, identifying and implementing efficiencies in existing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory training programs, and resolving cases across multiple communication channels promptly. To excel in this role, you should possess analytical aptitude, organizational finesse, decisive judgment under operational pressure, collaborative execution, communication mastery, adaptability, initiative, and process discipline. You should also demonstrate technical proficiency in data entry precision, proficiency in productivity tools like Microsoft Excel and Word, familiarity with banking and settlement systems, and flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational shifts. The ideal candidate will hold a degree or master's degree in Banking and Finance, have 3-5 years of experience in Credit card and Debit card account services and settlements, and US banking experience is a plus. You will report to a Manager or Senior Manager and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
